Over the last several years, Waterloo has built a reputation as the premier location to hear live music thanks to the Beachland Ballroom. Now joining the Beachland are several arts galleries to visit throughout the district. Waterloo also boasts unique retail including an independent record shop, thrift stores, auto repair shops, restaurants and TWO sausage shops.
The newest addition to Waterloo is our housing initiative. The Waterloo Village Model Block area boasts rehabbed homes with a focus on families and artists. Check out our completely renovated homes that boast ample natural lighting and storage.
